BASIC SETUP
SoundAlarm has a lot of features to offer but for simplicity this page shows
some useful configuration you can do in it. All of the configuration can be found

MENU
File menu: File menu includes the following useful features...
Settings menu: Settings Menu adjust your Timer's properties to
suit your needs...
- Time Configuration----General
setting which affects the performance and create custom behavior of the timer. The
following menu belongs to this group:
- Rate---- sets the Peso/hour , default is 20
- Time Delay---The number of minutes before the timer starts , hence the user will
be given enough time to adjust and open application for his own convenience and
advantage.
- Time limit---- The maximum allowed time after the Timer’s predefined setting expire.
The Timer will force to appear, hence denying the user to continue working
- Sensitivity---This adjust the timer speeds, updating records at the given interval
in seconds recommended is 15 sec.
- Enable open Hour----- If your business set-up allows open time, the user can work
in computer as long as they want.
- Enable Hot Keys--- If you are planning to control the computers thru remote
control uncheck this option .When the timer activates and music plays, SoundAlarm
allows hotkeys by default to reset the time setting, hence not disturbing the work
of the user in the computer. The following hot keys is allowed:
- Crl+SHIFT+2--extend for another 15 min.
- CTL+SHIFT+4--- resets to another 30 min.
- CRL+SHIFT+6----resets to another 45 min.
- CRL+SHIFT+8----resets to another 1 hour extension
- CRL+SHIFT+0----stops the media playing , for remote alarm or duet mode only.
- Forced------ Designed to force the user to log his time.
- Message Intro------The opening message when you first start the Timer
- Message Out-----The message appear when the time setting expires
- Title No.---------The number appear in the right top of the Timer
- Media group menu: Play list -------Open the Music Entry window
- Shuffle--------When shuffle is checked The timer randomly select the music
to play if not the Timer plays the first in the play list.
- New Password-----Sets a new password
- Auto config---------The Timer provides the password
- Report menu: This gives a flexible recording of time and events that the Timer can
monitor
- View spreadsheet---when check time tally will be displayed in a spreadsheet
- Local---------------event logs are stored in a notepad, when configured correctly
you can view what is happening in a network
- Find ---------look for other Timelog.text in a network
- Clear Log File--------if the log file become to long and so awkward to browse you
can opt to clear its content.

Music Entry
You add music directory to the play list so the Timer will know where to find the
music file when it needs to play it. To add just navigate: select drive, select
folder and then select the file, click add. To remove it from the play list, select
it and click remove. note: When you double click any of the entry it will play for
preview.

Installation instructions
- 1. Please unzip the dowmloaded file
- 2. Run Setup
- 3.When running SoundAlarm at firts time it will look for license key, just
type "DEMO" and Click OK Button.
- 4.When you see the main window just click the password box located in the left side
and press enter(there is no password in new install just press enter)
- 5.Enter your time etc. sometimes the password box become invisible, to show the
control just double click anywhere inside the main window of soundAlarm
